Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes balance and relaxation. It is based on the idea that a universal life force energy flows through all living things and that this energy can be harnessed through the Reiki practitioner to promote healing and well-being among other Reiki benefits.

Sound therapy uses sound frequencies to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. It operates on the principle that everything in the universe, including our bodies, is in a state of vibration. By using specific sound tools, I can help to balance and harmonize these vibrations. 

When combined with Reiki, these sound tools amplify the healing process, creating a deeply restorative experience for my clients.
